One-to-one coaching

My bespoke one-to-one coaching programme is based on the needs identified by the organisation and the individual – for example, where the individual:

  • Is not delivering against the objectives of their role
  • Has values, behaviours or communication that are not aligned to those of the organisation
  • Needs to increase performance output and accountability
  • Needs support in reaching their potential 
  • Requires support during the period leading up to promotion.

The programme aims to give individuals a clear understanding of their capabilities, explore their potential, acknowledge any development needs and support them to commit to change. It enables them to identify, set and achieve both professional and personal goals. The outcomes of this process are tangible and measurable: the individual will understand how they perform and interact, where their current performance focus is and where it needs to be going forward.

Team coaching

My team coaching programme focuses on creating teams that function effectively. The sessions pull people towards common goals, uniting them so they work together to meet group and organisational objectives. Topics covered include measuring success, managing performance, supporting people through change, and ensuring development needs are identified and resolved quickly.
